We will always do our best to dispatch your goods on the same day that you place the order, however this may not always be possible so please allow up to 3 working days for your orders to be dispatched. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays so if you order on one of these days your goods will not be dispatched until the next working day.

UK orders are sent 1st Class Royal Mail. EU and Rest of World orders are sent Royal Mail International Signed for. UK delivery times are usually 1-2 working days, EU and Rest of World delivery times are usually within 14 days but can take up to 30 days. We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched. In the unlikely event of your item becoming lost in the postal system please contact us via Email with your order details and we will resolve the matter as per the Royal Mail Terms and Conditions.

Due to the nature of the screen print process, these washing instructions must be adhered to closely in order to maintain the finish of the prints. Failure to do so may result in the appearance of fine cracks and/or fading.

• Machine wash warm (30°) or cold.

• Turn inside out before washing.

• Wash with like colours only.

• Only use non-chlorine bleach.

• Tumble dry Medium.

• Do not Iron or Dry clean.

Payments can be made securely through either PayPal or Google checkout. With PayPal you can use most major credit cards and don’t need to have your own PayPal account. We don’t accept payment via any other means.
Rootclothing.com will try and insure that the website is always fully operational and that the goods displayed are available, but there may be times that this is not possible. In the event of an order being placed that can not be fulfilled you will be notified and a refund made. Prices are shown in U.K. Sterling and are stated on the website. All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
If you receive an order from us and you are unsatisfied for any reason please feel free to return it to us and will we be happy to replace any of the goods you have purchased or offer a full refund. However, you must do this within 14 days of receiving your order and the goods must be in their original condition or we will not be able to process your return. Please be aware that we are unable to refund return shipping costs. To initiate the returns process please Email us and state the problem with your order.
